These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JobSite One Services website and provide the basic rules for requesting and receiving services. A written quote, proposal, work order, or service agreement accepted by both sides controls the actual job. If that document conflicts with these website terms, the accepted written agreement controls.
Website information
The website describes services for general information and marketing. Examples of tasks, timelines, results, and service areas do not guarantee that every property, project, condition, or requested date will be accepted.
Quote requests and service agreements
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing us is a request for information—not a contract, confirmed appointment, or promise of availability. Work is scheduled only after the scope, price, timing, access, payment terms, and any project-specific conditions are confirmed in writing.
Your responsibilities
To help us quote and complete the work safely, you agree to provide accurate information and promptly tell us about changes. This includes the property condition, access, utilities, deadlines, known hazards, fragile or specialty surfaces, pets, occupants, alarms, parking rules, building requirements, and the name of the person authorized to approve the work.
Scope and changing conditions
We perform only the work listed in the accepted quote or written agreement. Conditions that were hidden, inaccessible, materially different from what was described, or added after approval may require a revised price, more time, a different method, or rescheduling. We will discuss material changes before continuing whenever reasonably possible.
Unless a written quote says otherwise, collected construction or roofing debris is placed in the customer- or contractor-designated onsite dumpster or disposal area. Dumpster rental, off-site hauling, hazardous-material handling, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and regulated-waste removal are not included.
Scheduling, access, and utilities
Service dates and arrival windows depend on crew availability, site readiness, weather, access, and project conditions. The customer is responsible for providing lawful access and any water or electricity identified as necessary for the service. Delays, denied access, unsafe conditions, or work by other trades may affect the schedule and price.
Pricing and payment
Pricing, deposits, payment timing, taxes, approved add-ons, and any recurring-service terms are stated in the accepted quote or service agreement. Additional work is not included unless approved. Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-payment, or other fee applies only when it is disclosed in the accepted written agreement or otherwise permitted by law.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please notify us as soon as possible when a date needs to change. Cancellations, late changes, unsafe weather, unavailable utilities, or a site that is not ready may affect availability and may require a new service date or revised quote.
Cleaning results and existing conditions
We use reasonable care and methods selected for the surface and condition. Cleaning may improve a property without removing every permanent stain, scratch, mineral deposit, adhesive, coating defect, odor, construction mark, or pre-existing condition. We do not guarantee that magnetic sweeping will locate every fastener or that solar-panel cleaning will produce a specific increase in energy output. Service-specific limitations shown on the relevant page and accepted quote also apply.
Safety and the right to stop work
We may decline, pause, or reschedule work when access, weather, site activity, contamination, structural conditions, animals, utilities, or another condition creates an unreasonable safety or property-damage risk. This does not expand JobSite One’s responsibility for hazards controlled by the customer, property owner, or contractor.
Damage concerns
Tell us about fragile, damaged, recently installed, coated, tinted, specialty, or high-value surfaces before work begins. If you believe damage occurred during service, contact us promptly with the address, description, and photos so the concern can be reviewed. Any remedy is subject to the accepted service agreement and applicable law.
Photos, plans, and files you provide
You confirm that you are authorized to share any photos, plans, links, property details, or other material submitted through the website. We may use that material to review, quote, schedule, document, or complete the requested work. We will not use customer-submitted project images in public marketing without separate permission.
Website use and intellectual property
The JobSite One name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission except as allowed by law. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable demand on the site.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to services operated by other companies, including website hosting, forms, analytics, maps, file-sharing, email, and communication providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, JobSite One does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that general website information will fit every project. Liability related to an actual cleaning service is governed by the accepted written agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Indiana law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be brought in an Indiana court with jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different location.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Updated terms apply to website use after they are posted; an already accepted service agreement remains governed by its own terms.
