Loose debris is collected, floors are swept, and approved work areas are cleared so the next trade can get in and work.

Scheduled cleanup between trades helps keep active work areas under control while construction continues.

Final Clean

Detailed cleaning removes construction dust and prepares finished spaces for inspection, turnover, or occupancy.

Final Touch-Up

We return after punch-list work to handle fingerprints, light dust, and other details that appeared after the final clean.

  • Dust removed from accessible surfaces, fixtures, cabinets, and trim
  • Bathrooms, kitchens, and finished rooms cleaned for turnover
  • Interior glass, frames, and tracks when included in the quote
  • Fingerprints, labels, and light surface residue when included in the quote
  • A final quality check before we leave

Good to know

Off-site hauling, dumpster rental, hazardous materials, mold remediation, biohazards, and regulated waste are not included. If we spot something outside our scope, we will tell you before work begins.

Our standard scope places loose debris in the contractor-designated onsite dumpster or approved disposal area. Off-site hauling is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
