Do you haul debris away?
No. Loose debris included in the approved scope is collected and placed in the contractor-designated on-site dumpster or disposal location. Off-site hauling is not currently provided.
Do you consolidate dumpsters?
No. JobSite One Services does not enter, compact, rearrange, or consolidate materials inside dumpsters.
Can rough cleaning occur more than once?
Yes. Rough Cleaning may be scheduled during multiple construction phases depending on the project schedule, site conditions, and approved scope.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. JobSite One provides the standard cleaning equipment and supplies required for the approved scope unless the proposal states otherwise.
Do you require access to an on-site dumpster?
The contractor must identify an approved on-site dumpster or disposal location when debris collection is included.
Are you insured?
Yes. JobSite One Services LLC maintains applicable business insurance for approved services. Certificates of insurance can be provided when required.
