Service Limitations

Solar Panel Cleaning does not include electrical work, system diagnostics, panel repairs, wiring, disconnection, roof repair, mounting-system repair, or guaranteed improvement in energy production. Roof access is evaluated according to height, roof pitch, weather, building condition, insurance requirements, and available safety equipment. Lifts, scaffolding, specialty access equipment, or additional fall-protection requirements may require separate pricing or contractor coordination. Paint, concrete, mortar, adhesive, mineral staining, scratches, damaged coatings, and other specialty residue may not be safely removable.

Do you access every roof?

No. Roof access must meet JobSite One’s safety, equipment, insurance, and site-condition requirements.

Can you clean panels on houses?

Yes, when service is requested through a builder, roofing company, solar contractor, property manager, developer, or another approved business client.

Do you provide electrical or solar-system repairs?

No. Electrical testing, diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance must be completed by an appropriately qualified solar or electrical contractor.

Can Solar Panel Cleaning be combined with gutter or exterior cleaning?

Yes. Combined service scopes may be quoted when access, equipment, and scheduling allow.
