Service Limitations

Solar Panel Cleaning does not include electrical work, system diagnostics, panel repairs, wiring, disconnection, roof repair, mounting-system repair, or guaranteed improvement in energy production. Roof access is evaluated according to height, roof pitch, weather, building condition, insurance requirements, and available safety equipment. Lifts, scaffolding, specialty access equipment, or additional fall-protection requirements may require separate pricing or contractor coordination. Paint, concrete, mortar, adhesive, mineral staining, scratches, damaged coatings, and other specialty residue may not be safely removable.
