Final Touch-Up Cleaning is a targeted service and does not automatically include a complete second Final Cleaning. Areas heavily affected by additional construction, widespread dust, paint, adhesive, caulk, grout, concrete, damaged surfaces, or substantial return work may require a revised scope and additional pricing. Full construction-window cleaning may be quoted separately.
It is normally scheduled after punch-list work and before the final walkthrough, owner inspection, turnover, or occupancy date.
